WireGoggles

Version 2.2

Available in the Android Market here.

WireGoggles is an application for Android devices that displays real-time wireframe outlines of what your camera is looking at. You can select from 20 color schemes or create your own. The paid version can save pictures and record video and audio.

WireGoggles supports Android 1.6 and later. Its performance is very dependent on the speed of your device, especially at higher quality settings. It works well on the Nexus One; slower phones will be less smooth. The image processing code is written in C for maximum efficiency.

There is a "debug mode" which will show frames displayed per second, average image rendering time, and camera image size and frame rate. To toggle debug mode on and off, touch the screen for 3 seconds.
